I need a fibre connection with an SLA. Which companies do this other than Neotel?

Thanks.

Dark Fibre Africa... but to be very honest, they are just as bad as Neotel, if not worse. In fact, I'd rather go with Neotel.

We have been using their backbones on the N2 and N3 for the past 18months and whilst they have both been bad, Neotel responds a bit faster...

DFA only sell "dark" fibre - i.e. unlit fibre. They do not have a license to sell lit fibre (i.e. telecoms/data services). You have to buy from another company with the correct license (like Neotel, Vodacom Business, etc) in order to use fibre laid by DFA. DFA sells unlit capacity to telecoms operators, who then light it themselves by putting in their own equipment and connecting the fibre to their networks.

Internet Solutions will sell you Neotel fibre with a 99% uptime SLA. We have it, and the response has been very good.

Thanks Nuro. May I ask what the bandwidth is and the cost please?

Our 4Mbit symmetric line is about R23K, but that includes our MPLS service. It will probably be cheaper or more expensive depending on your requirement.

Vodacom Business does Fibre, tailor made for your business. It is very good i must say, i tried some at Vodacom iMagine Vodaworld and i must say it's impressive!! let me know if you are interested and I'll give you a direct contact.

Thanks Nuro.
