I had it once before! I was like wtf? But it went away, I though maybe I hallucinated but you have just confirmed it!

Seen it once or twice. I usually go tell the server to go %% itself

I usually get this for wikipedia links served up by Google.
Have not see it (or remember having seen it) for other links.
