At 19c a MB (in bundle) the Cellular service providers must be jumping up and down in excitement to NOT get this implemented. I mean, currently people are willing to pay 40c to send 160 characters over their networks, which is FAR more profitable, not to mention the auto-subscription facilities on offer to [-]unsuspecting[/-] clients.
In the meantime, MTN insists on charging users call rates for transferring data that includes voice, while Vodacom is holdling onto a similar clause in their contracts.
I wonder how they're going to react to this new service.

I pay 82 cents per sms for my 160bytes of data.. vodacom this is for all the single ladies
its aparently more expensive(bit for bit) than the price nasa has to pay to communicate with the space hubble telescope.
