Here is who really owns Vodacom

Vodacom is one of South Africa’s most successful companies, with 45 million subscribers in South Africa and 42 million in the rest of Africa.

Over the last twelve months, Vodacom generated revenue of R103 billion and a net profit of R18 billion.
 
The logic about Vodacom CEO being a billionaire simply because he is a director of a private company is a bit broken. Maybe they do own Wheatfield Investments but consider the fact that those 2 are also directors of Vodacom but that does not mean they are billionaires.
 
Got a few shares in Vodacom , dividends are good .
 
And then they keep telling us to buy local but our local companies are being sold to foreign buyers
