Who will buy Vox?

Hopefully this is not the cause of the recent issues on Vox fatpipe and bolt-on. Trying to reduce costs to make the business financials look better...

I was a VOX re-seller for many years, What a useless company in general, I could never get any feedback or solutions to billing, technical or sales problems. Things work in slow mo over at Vox.

They can't even assist their re-sellers in a timely manner which makes the re-seller look bad.

No thanks, who ever buys Vox is in for a shock..... Good luck to them.

I have a Fatpipe and I have no issues? Use it for downloads and online gaming.

It could be. While they may not be reducing costs, it is often common practice to freeze all expenditure when looking to sell. So they may not be putting the required resources in to fix the problems in order to keep the value of the business the same during the sale. The reducing of costs usually comes in after the sale has gone through in order to meet the ideas that the buyer has on how to turn the business into a profitable one (not sure if Vox is profitable or not at the moment).

Either way, the future probably isn't too bright for Vox clients in Cape Town.

Agreed... we used to work with VOX, billed them every month for some servers we ran for them, and then one day they stopped paying us, we said WTF! And they said oh, we were calculating your cut wrong (they weren't) and so we'll just pay you nothing until that's all paid off. It wasn't enough money to pursue aggressively, so we just walked away and vowed never to deal with them again.
