Who will quit next?

I think that if such a formula were to be used where I work the HR/PTB's would crap in their pants right before dying on the spot. It'd probably go nuts throughout the company. I think we have a pretty high staff turnover.

LOL just shows how outta touch they are with humanity that they have to create an algo to find out how there staff are feeling, they are so busy trying to record everything for the CIA that they have become inhumane.

I guess they are applying the Laplace transform which concerns theoretic probability, so the degree of accuracy is in the stats.

Knowing the likeliness of an employee quiting is a very powerfull tool.
What other companie's out there even think of applying technology to that sort of degree? Or even know what to measure in the first place to crunch the numbers?
I would however be concerned with HR management becoming complacent and solely relying on that.

I'm sure the real way they determine an employee's future movements is by tracking their web movements and reading their email.
