Why are my formatting options greyed out?

Teams are currently out in high-risk areas to provide assistance to relevant City departments where water needs to be removed. NGOs are further assisting with humanitarian relief for residents of affected informal settlements, among them the Mother Soup Project and Ashraful Aid International. The City is also providing milling and sand where feasible.

A direct copy & paste for me results in the controls-greyed-out effect, can't be fixed by selecting BB Code or Preview modes. Post becomes paralised, only thing that works is Ctrl + Z to undo.

I fixed it by pasting into a basic text editor and re-copying the unformated result.

Never seen anything like it before.
Maybe my environment? Ubuntu 18 & Firefox

Anyway, seems to be too rare to worry about.

Hi

For the last week or so I can't post any images, videos etc. Can't use smileys, can't use any options at all because everything is greyed out and unclickable. Anyone else have the same issues on the forums or have any solutions? It's annoying.

Can attach images though so see the attached image to see what I'm talking about. How can I fix it?

Emojis are broken for my Kiwi Browser Dark Mode. Meh, used to work.

Switch to normal mode for MyBB and use the MyBB built in dark mode. Not sure if kiwi can do that.

Happened to me too. Thanks for the thread. Been bugging me for aaaages. Only does it in some threads for me.
