Why are Telkom Hard Capping Now??

Hi guys,
So I have already reached my cap (6GB [ made up of a 3gb,2gb &1gb account]) which I normally dont reach until like the 25th!

On my 1GB and 3GB i was capped 10MB over.
On my 2GB I was capped 2GB over!

How can this be? Why are telkom now hard capping? it is very irritating!

If you are with Do, your 3GB is a 5GB, 2GB a 3GB..
1GB remained 1GB and everything is hard capped.

AFAIK you should have received 5GB on your 3GB account and only 3GB on your 2GB account.
