Why are wow latencies so bad?

correct static ip and im on the pro package 3 gig.. :D i run in green bars usually
 
What do you pay for the static IP? :p I'd go for that, cause currently I've had no internet on my ADSL for 42 days...Telkom tech is attending though...well...that's what I've been told everyday :mad:

i live 200 metres from the tower... with 100% signal

DL speed is 978kbps
UL speed is 480kbps ( thats at its best)

my one friend didnt even have coverage so i took my modem to his house... got a directional antenna setup cost him about 300 bux more.. but then he got good speeds too

DL= 590kbps
UL = 320kbs
