Why can't I purchase the Whatsapp bundle?

I did this from the website fine last month, but this month I loaded up R8, but when I go to select the whatsapp bundle and click on either once off or monthly, nothing appears in the drop down list.

I'm away and I want to load it for my son, is there any way I can other than on the website?

You can do it from the phone just dial
*147#
then select 4-bundles
and 4- watsapp bundle
And 1-once off

Unfortunately I don't have access to the phone, and my 9 year old isn't up to speed with entering ussd codes, nor unfortunately his mom.
