Why do I have Dutch adverts?

I had them too, but I'm dutch, so I figured google was being clever.
Seems I'm not special after all.

Lol. I had that same issue when I was using Afrihost over Vumatel Fibre. It would also default to the Netherlands on ebay.com if I set price+shipping lowest first.

Is there any way I can force the hardware to request a new IP? Or is this something only the providers can help me with?

I know that the IP is technically not static, but it also shows no signs of changing.
