Why do people cheat?

I live with this view that I trust everyone I meet unconditionally. all that matters to me is what happen now and the future (Yeah you probably think that's ignorant). But isn't the trust someone has for you worth protecting?

is this world to evil, dark and sinister for me?

dont be a dick and follow that advice drifter. talk about it with her. chances are the problem is lack of communication. either she is cheating because she feels the other guy listens better, or she isn't cheating at all, and your lack of communication is is why you feel she is cheating.

All of a sudden working "late", having to work on Saturday mornings, clincher was her new ringtone for a specific caller , "My endless Love" WTF? She never had that before. I wasnt going to insist to look at her phones.

Acquiring proof doesn't make you a dick. Not everyone is interested in reconciliation if cheating has taken place. You need that evidence to support yourself during the divorce. Also, the vast majority of cheaters will deny cheating until they're in their grave if they haven't actually been busted.

a good person will not start a thread explaining the exploits with an innocent women because he is confused.
a good person will not judge friends relationships, EVER let alone when all he saw was the happy times.

Oh, please. It is what it is. People are awesome but, flawed. Your approach would be like tossing the Mona Lisa because it's got a shyte landscape in the background.

You started out by asking the right questions then got angry with the answers. Learn why people are unfaithful and you'll have a better chance of keeping someone faithful. Loyalty and trustworthiness aren't the only human virtues.

do you live in on house for the rest of your life? work at one job? drive one car?

people don't know what they want and if they do, you don't know if what you want now is going to be the same in 10 years or even 1 year. getting upset that people break up is the same as getting upset at people that swap consoles, change countries, change jobs, etc.

are you so insecure that you have to latch onto someone and force them to be with you against their own happiness? and do you create the environment where it's easy to cheat?

apparently that open relationship bs lasts longer than a lot of marriages with cheating in it ;)

Don't insist, just casually ask if you can use her phone for some reason. Her reaction should tell if you should be concerned.
