The threat to data security is more than just increasing virus and/or malware infections. You also need to consider employees, as potential risks in themselves. There is no easy answer to this as it is a very contentious issue at present with invasion of privacy often cited as reasons why employers are relucatant to put policies in place that could improve the situation.
