Why does happen at once ?

I could never reach the cat ... it would run the minute it saw me and I couldn't get anywehre near it. I was wsarned by all the neighbours about this particular cat and he causes issues with every other cat. The owners bought a kitten earlier this year and the big cat wouldn't accept it and they had to give it away :/

I'm getting the fence installed tomorrow and would LOVE to see the first zap to the cat ;)

SirS : I'll NEVER sell my 7D - unless they make a decent MKII ... hehe. But thanks for trying to assist .... hehe
 
If you know the owner....send them a lawyer letter claiming damages...

Problem is the proof :/

Chatted to the complex guys who said if everyone is complaining (and they are ...) and I get proof, they'll ask him to remove it from the complex. Hopefully with the fence, my cats will be OK. Just upsetting I need to spend R6k to protect my cats
 
Look at the bright side, you have 2 properties. Your new one, and one which you rent out. A lot of people dont even own 1.
 
Erm Dolby I don't know how effective an electric fence would be as the bottom strand is normally earth and the cat can then quite easily go under, see cats often going under the fences her near me, sometimes they even chill on the wall under it
 
True ecco.

D3x! As I wanted specifically for cats, I got 9 strands into a bracket shorter than the typical 6 strand bracket. The first wire from the wall is about 3cm - and the others are 5cm apart ... the only thing a cat would be able to do is put his paw through ;)
