Why does Mweb require proof of income?

Yes you can. Leave that blank. Mweb REP has confirmed that you can pay via eft monthly.

I had none of this. I called them, gave credit card details and BAM, 2 minutes later I was on.
No forms nothing. Did not send them a thing at all!

Now im scared :O
