This is not the 1st time, probably the 3rd time the previous time was from 25% to 0% SOC

This time from 37% to 0% within a couple of minutes.

5KW sunsynk and 2 x hubble 5.5 batteries.

Get the installer to contact Hubble this is a common issue with the batteries.
Thanks, contacted him, it is apparently a know software issue. He will get me sorted. Thanks a lot

Interesting that you are only charging each battery at 20A (40A total). I thought I was ultra conservative at 33A. Did the installer set it up like this?

Yeah, I am sorry to say but you might be part of the bad batch of hubbles, like me.
I had the same anomalies happen to me. They confirmed one cell is fscked. The battery is in CPT atm to get fixed.

Yes installer set it up like that, can I increase it? Would be awesome as we often "waste" a lot of sunshine, A lot can come in, we dont use it and the battery doesnt take it all to charge

This is not something that I wanted to hear.

Yes, you could, and should, but need to check to see if you have good comms with the battery -- post a pic of your LiBMS screen?
