We've discussed the freedom of movement quite lengthly on another topic - and I still not quite convinced but that discussion can linger on the other forum. Lets have a look at the other ones
The right to privacy;
The right to access of information;
The right to dignity;
The right to just administrative action;
The right to freedom of movement;
The right to equality before the law; and
The right to freedom of conscience.
The right to privacy
Obtaining personal information of people by violating their right to privacy.
Where and what did sanral do here? Is this the problem with getting cellphone numbers etc from sources they should not be LEGALLY allowed to?
The right to access of information;
I don't have an example of where Sanral did this. Feel free to add comment.
The right to dignity;
A serious "what the ****" accusation - how is someones dignity at risk via etolls?
The right to just administrative action;
Not sure what kind of right this is, have not heard of it really. Can anyone elaborate?
The right to freedom of movement;
Discussed in length alreday.
The right to equality before the law
I do not see how there is in-equality before the law. Sure, the laws might be flawed, but there is no unjust bias when applying those laws?
The right to freedom of conscience
Another "what the ****", how does Sanral suppress people rights in this regard?
