Why is MY thread locked?

Is this an OpenWeb funded Forum? I don't understand why my thread was locked.

I asked a simple question in my post re:Openweb usage stats incorrect or BW theft!

WHY CAN'T I SEE OPENWEBS STATS ON MY BW USAGE WHICH SOMEHOW DIFFER FROM THE ONES ON INTERNET SOLUTIONS SITE?
Should they not be the same?
I asked the question to OpenWeb support and they will not tell me. So I ask the question here and my thread gets locked.
Whats up with that?

From what I can see in that thread Openweb - the only ones likely to be able to answer your question - responded. Give them a day.

If they still havent come back to you with a reasonable answer I'll see if we cant open the thread up again for comments.

Believe me - this forum does not kowtow to advertisers.
 
18vsl I am currently chatting with bud at IS support, I have drawn his attention to your thread. Hopefully he will speed things up re openweb.
 
I think as soon as an answer is given by BEEP the thread gets locked. I think I've seen it happen on a number of threads in this section.
