Just received this email from mweb saying that my usage is way too high and I will be slowed down if I dont stop downloading so much....Ive only just hit 50GB on this 1meg premium.

While other isp's report 2Tb of usage on a 10meg why should I suffer?

Hi guys

Just got hit with one myself:

Your usage is currently exceeding these parameters. From 1 September, if you continue to show excessive usage patterns, you will experience slower connection speeds (while we manage your bandwidth usage). As soon as your usage patterns stabilise your connection speeds will return to normal.

Now I used 185GB on the 1mb uncapped account in july and usually average more than 100Gb

But they say it's uncapped!? And on their site they clearly say uncapped is unlimited usage.

Tell them

If you over shape my account from 1 September I will lodge a formal complaint with ICASA and terminate my contract with immediate effect and demand a refund. I will then post it on Hellopeter

I'm on 50gb on my 4mb account so far. If I get this mail, this will be the last month they see me for. Signature or not..
