Change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and see if it helps.
Change your DNS on the router to 1.1.1.1 primary & 8.8.8 secondary.

Also wrong. It is a common mistake mixing DNS servers. It doesn't work as you would expect and it tend to corrupt your internal DNS cache (also on the router). You should use primary and secondary from the same service.sorry should be 8.8.8.8 secondary, i left out an 8 there.
In other words if you use Google, set
- primary 8.8.8.8
- secondary 8.8.4.4
If you use Cloudflare
- primary 1.1.1.1
- secondary 1.0.0.1
