i was replying on the following article:

Vodacom to sell network-locked smartphones again

Vodacom is currently testing selling smartphones which are locked to its network, according to Vodacom consumer business unit chief officer Jorge Mendes.

my reply was as follows: 732871

as you can see it was removed (in red).

what is the reason for this. is it because i used the word Vodascam? there are replies that uses the word vodacrap and vodacare (NOT at all), etc.

anyone that can clue me in?

Also - while I don't quite agree with selling locked phones, isn't it only locked until the device is paid off / contract is up? So Vodacom are only locking their own hardware, not your own. It's not yours until it's paid for.
 
Likely the reason is because Vodacom is a sponsor of MyBB, and they won't allow that their sponsors are bashed like that. Free speech = destroyed.

Vodacom have started network locking prepaid devices as well so be sure to check this before buying for cash.

You're not gonna get a response from whoever moderated you comments. If you want to say something then rather just do it here in the forum thread for that article.
 
Likely removed due to poor formatting and death by text wall (Reads hard as a MF).

Do you have a breakdown of the costs involved? For all we know Vodacom covers 1.2% of the costs :P Not warranting a squashing of free speech.

I've had posts removed for two reasons.
1. I said bad things about cats.
2. I said bad things about muslims.
