Compared to iPod sales, the ZUNE is a failure. What's the market penetration of the Zune again? Have you even actually seen a Zune in use or on sale?
I haven't.

I actually do have a Zune 120GB . I compared it directly with an Ipod Classic 120GB. The Zune not only beats the Ipod on sound quality but on built in features too. In fact Google the direct comparisons based on function/quality -not- on branding, you'll be surprised. It -is- a superior device, but market penetration wasn't there. I don't see things a failure because it didn't kill the IPod, that's rather a jaded way to look at things.

Basically then i can say Snow Leopard [Mac OS] is a failure because it only has < 5% desktop market penetration ? See what i did there?
