Wi-Fi Management System

Hi There
Can anybody please recommend a Wifi Service Provider that can also supply a proper wi-fi use management system.
Background:
Running a private high school with about 60 students having to use their laptops and cellphones for classes and research on a daily basis. A lot of misuse of the wifi eg watching and downloading of movies, playing online games etc that is slowing down the wifi considerably.
It is very difficult to monitor each student's screen on an ongoing basis.
Am currently on 3 Rain 101 Routers and if it not for misuse do not have a lot of connection problems.
I am based in Port Elizabeth and am not tech savvy.

You need a proper router.

There are xpensive options like Fortigate or cheap ones like pfSense/OPNsense but with either you need someone who knows the solution to administrator it.
