So an update for all those who have given correct advice,

I have confronted my wife and she mentioned that the lack of time spent together has driven us apart a little.
She started chatting to her X and the old memories came back around the good times.

She assured me nothing has happened and nothing will as she is not the type to cheat. She enjoyed the attention she was getting

We are booking a weekend away with the kids by the in laws.
Thanks everyone for the advice and for the trolls thanks for the laugh. We both read this thread and giggled

I may have over reacted, other issues came up. we both agreed to work on things to make it better.

Then she must have no cellular for 3 months. You problem will go away if you are the man in house. You must claim back your authority and she will listen.
