Wifi config

Bwahahahhahaha !

whats so funny? the signal is really poor without the antenna. and switching it off when not in use would be the best form of security.

anyway, it seems like the amount downloaded/uploaded is correct. I didn't realise I downloaded/uploaded that much stuff.

Log into your router and go to configuration >> Lan >> Wireless security and enable the wireless WPA-PSK security, insert your pre-shared key for no less than 8 characters. Once you have insert this configurations click on apply then save config.

you mean wan right? but where do change the default "admin" username and password?

yeah it is LAN! but where do i change the default username and password. I also changed the ESSID. is that fine?

You are absolutely right to change your wireless, it will make it easier for you to identify your wireless network.

To change your default login details go to configuration >> Sytem >> Device management then you can change your administrative details. Once you have configured your router please click on "save config".

did that. do i delete the administrator profile?
does the pc with the router settings need to be on in order to connect via wireless to the router/net?

it should have, haven't used a billion in a while, but it should have MAC filtering:

as for you nokia:

try this:

Enter this *#62209526#
Corresponds to this *#MAC WLAN#

aaah! Thanks!
