WIFI Router configuration

I would like to know how do I configure a Huawei B618 WIFI Router for data, bandwidth and time limits for multiple guest users. If this is not possible on the specified WIFI router, which WIFI router is best suited for these functions.

No that one will not do any of those functions. Rather look at Mikrotik devices, and be prepared to learn how to set that up and support it as it's not as easy as set and forget
