hi dudes am interested in buying the wii can anybody recommend resellers with the best best best price :D in durban ?

R3499 at kalahari... just a early warning, make sure the strap is securely fastened at all times:D dont want things flying through the tv now:)
 
R 3199.00 hi fi corp ? that seems ok...btw out of curiosity is this nintendo wii really worth paying this much ?
 
oh yeah man the wii is really worth it. yes it's not got the ps3 and xbox360's graphics but it makes up for it in sheer fun and enhanced gameplay.. love to play COD on it, I can play a shooter game lekker on a Wii, I suck with it on the other consoles, being able to aim at the screen is cool..........

no, especially since its a lot cheaper overseas and the local prices are a ripoff, personally i wouldnt pay more than R1500 for a wii.

The price of the Wii should be in the price range of PS2, maybe a little more, but definitely not R3.5k!
 
Really take a look on BidorBuy.co.za. I got a brand new Wii 3 weeks ago from a guy in Durban for R3000. You can get them at R2000 secondhand.

You can always find a good bargin on BoB.
 
I see Incredible has the Wii Sports Pack + Mario Galaxy + Wario Ware for R3499 on special this weekend only!

BTW... I'm buying my Wii from JBHifi in Perth for A$325 (about R2100) My mom is visiting my brother down under at the moment and bringing it back for me. ;-)
 
Also check wiiza.co.za. There is a couple of systems on there as well.
 
wonder when the Wii price would go down, it's not a nexgen console (really), but alot of fun...
 
It's definitely worth it once you hack it. I buy my games in the states and send them to a friend there (far cheaper to buy there), and then just download the game online from a newsgroup. Even though I modded it I still believe in copyrights. Just got Conduit last night and it is pretty sweet.

They should make use of the ps3 six axis tilt controls to aim in fps? Could work hey?
