Wiki Leaks and The Case off DOS

The hosting giant Amazon, recently drop Wikileaks and it seems other US companies are following suite.

Wikileaks twitter feeds says:

WikiLeaks.org domain killed by US everydns.net after claimed mass attacks KEEP US STRONG https://donations.datacell.com/

I can imagine that his must be a nightmare to administer. But is it a case of DOS or bureaucratic policy ?
