WikiLeaks : Facebook the most appalling spying machine

Its like someone being really adamant that Elvis and JFK are still alive and a gay couple living in Cape Town
And you have seen people pushing that view as reality, and not just in jest? People pushing that story as reality may be psychologically broken (as you call it), but people just simply accepting it as truth that Oswald acted alone, just because that is the story put out by the government, is mentally numb.

Why dont you add pink unicorns? I mean if we are making up random stuff to believe, lets add pink unicorns helped Osama fly away. He is not really dead. Now if you dont believe me its because you read "main stream media" and are brainwashed and cause Americans told us they killed Osama it means they are lying and there has to be pink unicorns that helped him. Wanna know the difference between the unicorn theory and your theory? They have the same amount of evidence to support the story.

Im just able to see the bigger picture and the consequences of what would happen if they are caught lying.
It would be labled as yet another conspiracy theory?

Wanna know the difference between the unicorn theory and your theory?
What is my theory? Do you have any idea what my theory is? Or do you make up my theory for me because I dont just simply agree with your point of view? What would your psychological definition of that be?

It was simple questions to show that your questions can be used either way.

But it is always interesting to see the assumptions people make about posts that do not agree with their point of view, even if those posts do not really make any statements or take any sides. So while you may think you know where I am going with it, the assumption is your own :)

Dude, it was a simple question... not that hard. I asked where is the evidence to prove that Facebook is spying for the US government. All you have to do is quote it or point to it. Or acknowledge that there is none. There is no two sides to it. Either there is evidence or there is none. Which one is it?

Which one is it?
Don't know. Don't care.

My point still remains: You question the validity of the statement just because it was made by "AssAngel". Yet anyone questioning the statement(s) made by the US government is a loony conspiracy theorist.

And 'that' was where I was going with it. I could not really care if Leon Panetta reads my private FB messages every day or whether Assange has any evidence for it.

The only point that you have succeeded in making is that there is no more reason to believe Wikileaks or Mr. Assange on this Facebook thingy than there is to believe the US government on the Bin Laden thingy. Well done. :D

And you believe the US on bin Laden? Then you should believe Assange too, no?

You make your own conclusions based on your own opinion of the poster. You are often wrong :)

Wikileaks has tried to pass itself off as the bastion of truth and the revealer of hard evidence.
But in reality they are just as bad as the very people they are exposing.
They are no more and no less reliable.
thanks for proving that to us. ;)

So where's the proof that Facebook is spying for the US government?

I know nothing about Facebook. It’s just that, because the lack of privacy is becoming all-pervasive (my eg.) it wouldn’t surprise me.

Or is it proof enough just because mr. AssAngel said it?

You are shooting the messenger. WikiLeaks is just the postman. They don’t ‘say’ anything. They just put whistleblower material on the web.

So you will be providing us with a link any day now?

So I proved it by simply posting on a forum?

So it is possible to prove something without hard evidence. Or is it only I that has that ability?

Yes, way to go! :D

Apparently so, but no, Mr. AssAngel also has that ability.
If he says it, it must be true.

Was there a point your were trying to make in the midst of all of this obfuscation?

Yes. There is a god! I said so, so it must be true!

Also, for a small donation I can heal you with my magic jacket!

To the proof that Facebook is spying for the US Government.
Please try to keep up with the conversation.

I quote from post #50.

Wow, you certainly knew a lot about them and Wikileaks back in post # 18! :D

So between you and uFish you guys have pretty much done a complete backflip.

What are you maundering about? Post #18 is an anecdote about **google** (the search engine, not Facebook, and an illustration of how privacy is being eroded. My reference to WikiLeaks was as their role as ‘postman’. You don’t have to know much about WikiLeaks to see this. It’s self-explanatory.

Bear in mind that it was an American, sickened by American double-standards, who released information to WikiLeaks hoping that it would be ‘splashed throughout cyberspace’. That’s what WikiLeaks does. It is their duty. That’s the sole reason for its existence. To accept material from whistleblowers and ‘splash it throughout cyberspace’. If it didn’t do this it would go out of business. So Julian Assange and his ilk have every right (nay duty) to splash it throughout cyberspace. They have to; otherwise they wouldn’t be doing their job.

Engage brain before putting mouth into gear.
