Its not for games

We have a 2MB diginet line and a 512 ADSL uncapped.

So i would like to take all Internet traffic away from the diginet and send that via the ADSL 4MB uncapped, i have users who download large files from 200MB up to a 5GB

If the traffic is mostly one way (downloads) then why not upgrade the adsl to 4Mbps and test it for a month or two before cancelling the diginet.
Just keep in mind service levels are not the same on adsl & you probably wont get an sla.

How mission critical is internet to the operation of the business? Diginet has SLAs in place that insure a certain amount of uptime while you simply cannot rely on ADSL to the same extent.

It works ok. Route your mail and support (if any) through your diginet line, and keep the adsl line for casual browsing.

Our Exchange (Telkom exchange) can only go up to 4 MB and the company was willing to pay for the 10MB but i dont want to have too much.
So i can probably get 2 4Mb lines and bind them.

The downloading of these large files are critical but if it had to be down for a week wile still being able to download via the 2 Mb diginet it wont be a problem.
Our ADSL has never in 5 years been down for longer than 2 days.

It should be ok if you have a decent router that has excellent QOS functionality on it. This way you can prioritise traffic and ensure that, for example, VOIP still works flawlessly even if someone is downloading a massive file.
