Yes it should work on all networks. And HSPA+ should work too.

Just make sure it's unlocked. I think they all are, but just make sure, because they usually lock the lock to a particular carrier in the US.

Expansys pricing is always bloody high which kinda sucks, I dunno how reliable eBay and BidOrBuy is, never really done any online shopping before. Any tips on how this stuff works and how reliable it is?
