So from my initial research this phone (https://www.amazon.com/Xiaomi-Redmi-Factory-Unlocked-Smartphone/dp/B07YZLRS3Z) should be compatible with local networks.
I ordered it from overseas because the local importers said they'll only be getting stock in SA at the end of the month, so for a couple of hundred bucks more I can get it by the end of next week.
Just wanted to triple check that it's compatible with Vodacom/other SA networks.
