I put 4 new GoodYears on my car on Saturday. This morning on the way to work (at 5am) I felt a slight strange pull on the steering-wheel. I get to work and find that the right rear wheel had picked up a bit of metal, and was flat. The tyre-wall looks a bit screwed as well.

So does anyone know whether this is going to cost me a new tyre?? :(

Score for the month:

- 1 x service
- 4 x new shocks
- 4, possibly 5 new tyres
- 1 chipped windscreen (auto glass place did a resin job)

PS. Someone please kick Mr Murphy for me. Hard.

Don't the Goodyears come with some kind of all road hazard warranty thingy?
Something about only paying for the tread youve used?
In your case it should be free....

It's Firestone that have the warranty. If you go back to the fitment centre and speak very nicely to the manager you might just get away with this one...:p
