Will local ever be uncapped again?

But ye seriously will local becoming uncapped any time soon? Or will any ISP's be offering local uncapped as a account?

Cuz i seriously need !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And i think alot of people would buy them
