Will MegaChat kill Skype?

Skype killer? bwhahaha

That's the funniest thing I've heard in a while.

Also what is this hangouts thing? I seem to vaguely remember using something by that name, once, many moons ago.
 
even if it flops it's good to bring in new players to help the competition up their game if they need to.

There is extremely strong competition in this segment, noting business services or in general collaboration services. The issue though is that a start-up service, which hasn't done this before, is publicly announcing to take on Skype. Yes they are stirring up publicity but they have years to go to be a real challenge for Skype, copying other business models with you own strategy won't bring you on par or throw you in lead of the pack, it takes experience, trial and error.

However, yes, competition is good for the provider and choice is good for the consumer.

Yup, maybe skype will sort out its !@#@#$#$% UI, UX is not great... Older skype was just fine.
 
I only use Skype on my phone to call overseas landlines/mobiles... Can MegaChat dial overseas landlines? Haven't been able to find a good alternative yet...
 
And the new IE is going to end chrome/firefox... Yea, no.
