If a isp/van can connect directly to the landing station/but a large enough pipe which is possible right? and they are well established already, i.e. have a large saix pipe as well already, saix selling international adsl accounts is gonna take a hit. I have little doubt this sort ofthing wont happen if saix & is try and keep prices a lot higher than they should be.
 
Did Mr Yssel just discover the internet? Or hear about Seacom? Or is this yet-another-seacom-article the drivel of an inexperienced journalist?
Seriously, nothing has changed, we're all aware of all of the information in the article, why write yet another one to clutter up myBB and/or any other site for that matter?
