Will Telkom replace line or will I have to?

LOL sorry my sync that drops constantly so if it might be thye wiring in my house or maybe the wire is too close to the kitchen or something will Telkom move the wiring through a different route in the house or replace old internal wiring?
 
AFAIK telkom own the hardware and wiring up to and including the jack / socket. They rent it to you. So, yeah, if you want it moved, they will have to do it.

Having said that, I managed to improve my line quality a fair bit by re-doing all their "snap-in" connections with soldered joints, shortening lines where I could as well.

If your wires are faulty, telkom must fix them at no cost to you. They are, after all, charging you R150 odds every month for them...

I had the same issue as you,they will rewire it *IF* there is a definite fault with the wire.

They rewired my whole house 4 weeks ago.

They rewired ours also, all we had to do was cut the cable along the line then say our line was down then they fixed the cabling and moved the plug point where we wanted it :D
