Will the Sharks choke again??

So, we are getting to that stage of the currie cup season and being the faithful sharks supporter I am, I know that this is the year that we will take home some silverware after a 12 year drought:eek:, they are playing awesome rugby at the moment and I just cant see them losing this one.

What are your opinions?

p.s. is it not impressive that the sharks have not won a trophy since 1996 :sick: and yet the brand has grown considerable and is still selling, big up to the marketing guys!
 
Yeah the sharks have done well.

I can not wait for the bulls to come get the cup in the sharktank :D
 
i swear, there will be murder if that happens again! :D I have promised myself that I am going to watch it there in the tank (cause all red blooded south africans should watch at least 1 currie cup final live once in their lives :)) and watching bloody victor take that trophy would be criminal and possible scar me for life, i still wake up with cold sweats when thinking how close we came to being S14 champions :)

Well it will be pretty evely matched IMO if the bulls and sharks play the finals.

Yeah you guys have been unlucky a couple of times :) If steyn just kicked out the ball in that S14 final :p

But good luck to you guys and see you in the finals :D

Well it all of course depends on whether the ref gets paid by the Blue Bulls, for instance, and decides to "miss" critical errors and offences in the last couple of minutes!

Mt view however is that we'll just pummel whoever we play in the semis and final and take the ref out of the game altogether! A ref can only after all give the opposition a few points without making it obvious so let's prevent this from even being possible!

+ if steyn had just kicked the sitter of a conversion for the try we would of still won
+ if the ref hand only seen those hands in that ruck in the final minute
:p

the pain!!! it still hurts!!

Yeah blame the reff buddy, if the siverware aint there for 10+ years maybe you must start seeing that the problem might not be the ref :D

Ha ha ha ha I read this thinking what the hell are you saying and then I looked at where you lived and realised!!

I do like the way you put the blame on Steyn and not on the multiple offences by the Bulls that were missed... but that is fine... we are at peace with who the better team to support is after all. I think we all know it is cooler to say you are a Sharks fan than a Bulls fan... :)

No, no, no! No need to look beyond the fact that rugby is still mainly run by Afrikaaners behind the scenes who cannot bear the idea of the souties winning a trophy. But I will refrain from getting dragged into this and refer to my post above. PROUDLY A SHARK!

Yes, your skills are amazing :rolleyes:; you must have learnt that in your time abroad, SA could never fusk someone up that badly, pity they had to deport you.
