Will this memory work with my mobo/cpu ?

I would like to know if the RAM ie :
ADATA XPG 2x8GIGS 2800MHz

will be compatible with my mother board
EX-A320M-GAMING
and my CPU:

AMD A8-9600

If i buy and it not works, i loose all my cash

Max System Memory Speed 2400MHz

If you downclock it, it may work.

Thanks for the reply, so it's a 50 50 chance ? will it not automatically just max out at 2400, or will one have to try change memory settings in the bios and hope for the best, meaning it might not actually work ?

Just underclock, it should work fine. Mess around with the timings as well.
