Win Small Business Server 2011 Standard

If I'm not mistaken, SBS has been retired. I don't think it's available anymore.

It was a really good product as it included licenses for Exchange and SQL att a very affordable rate, however MS is pushing for all small businesses to go for their cloud offerings instead. I think it's a really shortsighted approach.

I'm afraid you are SOL

SBS 2012 is still supported. I don't know why the OP is pursuing SBS 2011, I won't ask though. The installation can be requested.

SBS was a terrible product, everything on one server? That's just asking for trouble.

Not really, Office 365 has been the fastest growing product of MS since they launched SharePoint. Small businesses don't want the hassle of having to administrate and maintain their own servers.

They are raking in over $2 billion a year from it now

You might disagree but the market has clearly shown that Office 365 is what they want.

You mean Server 2012 Essentials?

Doesn't include Exchange, you will need a separate Exchange server

That's generally why people used to buy SBS, you have seen the licensing costs for Exchange Server?

Yes, but the pricing is applicable to the solution type and users/devices. In relation to Server Essentials vs 365, today pending on connectivity, then 365 is the appropriate implementation.

I want to understand why the OP wants SBS 2011 (and its installation package), there may be a reason which is required by their network setup and/or policy.

I did ask why OP wants to use SBS

3 SBS server licenses or 1 server license with 3x5 user CALs?

Will check with Workgroup if they still sell it, if they don't you're going to struggle to get a license from anyone

3 Licenses each with 5 calls

Please check for me obvious price does not really matter

I want specifically SBS 2011 as we have sites running it and custom software specific for this office 365 just not gonna cut it
