use google and you will find plenty of these problems.
My problem is a bit different. I try to delete my MS account, It is half deleted, still there , but cannot log in, etc. I then opened a gmail address and now use that, but the old email address is still my admin address and I cannot change or delete it. Everytime this computer starts, MS moan about not logged it. Any idea please.
