Nope. If you go that way (using Media Download Tool), the correct way is to download ISO and save it on the hard drive as a file. You can then transfer ISO file to USB stick using Rufus or other tool. Microsoft tool has problems UEFI boot.

It might have done that in the background. I used the Download Tool and said I wanted a USB. After it verified the download, it said my USB is ready and no ISO on my HDD remained. Anyways, it worked. Was a HUGE PIA to get this upgrade working.
