go compare win7,8,10 boot time and show the results. just try to disable few services like windows defender ect in win10. will wait for your results

Only reason anyone would care about boot times is if they switch the device off.

And when it's off it's useless to me.

Leave it on and use standby.

win10 is a bunch of junk OS microsoft ever created. slow boot/shutdown, spying is one thing that no one is bother about
