Hi all,

Hope I can find some help here.

Windows Tablet Alcatel Plus 10. After boot it kept crashing. Did a clean install with windows media tool. Installed all drivers everything is fine until We reach the Intel HD Graphics Driver. After the installation the system crashes randomly sometimes even on the start screen it wont even go into the system. Uninstall the drivers and everything is back to Normal. I have troubleshooted so far :

- Installing generic drivers from Intel using the drivers utility tool.
- Installing every possible version of compatible drivers from old to new no luck.
- Setting SSD Drive to never go to sleep. ( Goes to sleep by default after a 1 minute.)
- Windows Resource Protection scan - No errors
- Memory Scan - No errors.

I am running out of Ideas here.

It is still under warranty so I can always take it i. But I would like to see if I can recover it myself.

Thanks in advance guys.

Just take it in. If it's giving you issues now, even if you can fix it, rather get a new one that works.

When installing the drivers, run it in compatibility mode?

Alcatel has a set of signed drivers that they use for their products. Installing the Intel HD drivers from Intel's servers will cause it to crash because they've gone and done something stupid that warrants using Alcatel's driver set instead.

Take it in.
