Hi Guys,
So I recently got a new laptop that has a nvidia GPU in it. So when playing games Dota 2 for instance I get like 150 fps and then like every minute or so I get a studder that brings down the fps to like 10 for about half a second.
I've read online that it seems there are driver issues with Windows 10. Anyone else experience this?
Another thing I have notice is when using external displays is that there is severe lag. My laptop has a 1080p display and when I plug in my 1080p LG with HDMI it's like a get 25% performance from my card. Being able to play Farcry 4 maxed out with the built in display becomes unplayable on the external display even at low - medium setting at the same resolution?
I obviously set Windows to only output to the external display to minimize the 2nd display affect that might hinder performance.
