Windows 10 Technical Preview - Insider Program

I've confirmed that a retail Win 8.1 will upgrade to a retail 10, so it will be transferrable to a new machine as long as the previous install is deactivated.

And I've confirmed that a pirated Windows 7 Ultimate, and a pirated Windows 8.1, will activate successfully after an upgrade ;)

Clean install onto a virgin disk? Or perhaps just a continuation of your Insider subscription with MSA?

clean installed it a couple of months ago... the windows 10 icon appeared a few weeks ago... went through the rigmaroll... and upgraded yesterday on both via windows update.

the windows 7 is definitely not a continuation of the insider program, that was running, and still is, a local account

the windows 8 was logged in with my MSA, as is my personal laptop which is running insider preview since about 2 weeks ago.

Question was: How did you pirate Windows 7, so it went through WGA process? Not about how did you upgrade to Windows 10.

When you reserved, did you have to provide any info? Like an existing product key?

I just clicked on [reserve] and that was all.

Only key troubles I had was doing the upgrade, in fact after that without having it activated and having my w10 key removed via kms results, I did a clean install and it was perfect. No issues except the display driver loop install which I will look at later tonight.

i have no clue
It will probably show when you run executable again. It would give you an option to uninstall (if installed).
This leads to potential conflict, as after upgrade to Win 10 keys will be different.
Which version of Loader did you use?

Don't have it with me at the moment... will check and let you know
