Windows 10: The Next Chapter

I will definitely join you.

Cannot wait to get rid of this disjointed OS on my computers.

Quite excited, hoping for some massive changes that have been excluded from the preview.

Hoping for less tablet & tiles kark on desktop. Come on MS you can do it... Just like 7 but more up to date...

Well the preview is pretty much a complete reversal to 7 again. But then it's just a preview.

Personal I feel they should drop the whole dual system and either go all in with Metro or redesign the entire standard Desktop instead of being stuck in the past.

I rate as long as they don't find a better model than 7 they should stick with what they have. There is little point in replacing something functional with something broken just for the sake of modem /new. Redesign... Sure just be sure it's an improvement.

Glad to hear it's a reversal... Haven't had time to check out 10 yet...

I wish they had actually just gone full Metro and dropped the desktop and stuck their guns with full screen applications.

Even if they got it completely wrong that would have been real progress

I genuinely hope tomorrow doesn't just show off what's been seen in the Preview because that's living in the past.

I can't believe it but I actually want Microsoft to be revolutionary for a change.

Been running W10 since the first build on my main machine at home - pretty much everything runs on it and so far am pretty impressed.
Hope they announce some pricing.

I seriously hope Windows 10 is not another disappointment from Microsoft.

Hoping for a significant visual refresh on the desktop, I'm quite tired of the windows 7 look.

I'm quite excited - have tested most of the released builds (including 9901), and I must say that I'm impressed with the direction they're taking. Also very much looking forward to Windows 10 for mobiles.

@Kingrob - most certainly not. Microsoft would not do something silly like that. Moreover, they would not make the Windows logo similar to their own.

This will be interesting. I will watch.

I had Windows 10 installed and I was really happy with it.

I can't wait to see WP10, probably renamed to Windows Mobile. My phone is ready with the Phone Insider app installed. But MJF is saying it'll only be here in Feb.
