Windows 11 requirements

I have a Ryzen 5 3600 with 32GB of DDR4 3600 RAM and a RTX 2070S.

I also want to install Win 11 but I get the same non compatible message.
My windows 10 is a registered version but I want to do a clean install of Win 11. How do I go about transferring the licence? I can't find the old licence key anywhere.
