If your comment was for me, I'm still getting .Net updates and daily definition updates.^ Yes, it works, but it's also EOL, meaning no more security patches which could be a security risk for a system that's online ... eg. loophole for hackers.... not everyone is 'tech savvy'

I retried the troubleshooter, claimed it fixed the problem, but nada, still 23h2.
You could check this in group policy:My PC is stuck on Windows 11 Version 23h2 with no issues.
It refuses to update, tried a few things I know, googled the problem, but it won't budge from 23h2.
I'm not asking to update to the latest version, I'm just saying maybe stick with an older version and it won't break.

Yes and no security updates. ... So none of the updates that 24H2 or 25H2 are getting.
Did you try an in-place upgrade? Download 25H2 ISO and transfer to USB with Rufus if on unsupported hardware, otherwise mount ISO and run setup. Make sure to select keep personal files and app.
