I never used the Rc but i cannot see any difference from my old 7048 version in all honesty.

That's because 7600 is not RTM, RTM will be polished just like the Vista RTM was when it leaked..

RTM will look completed, if it still looks like the RC it's not RTM

Firstly if you run Vista you'll see it has glass folders, these will be added at RTM again but updated probably, compared to Vista the icons are not better, some toolbar icons are missing, look at vista to see that the toolbar is much more polished compared to 7, 7 still looks like the Vista leaks before RTM.
